FAQ
Do I pay anything up front?
No. The kit, the displays and shipping are on us. No card or payment info needed to sign up.
What if nothing sells?
Send it all back on our free label and you owe nothing.
How do you know what sold?
Email us a photo of your displays within 3 days of delivery, then now and then. At day 45 you tell us what's left and pick Option A or B.
Who owns the product during the trial?
We do, until it sells. Please don't pledge, lend or borrow against it. Missing or damaged units count as sold.
What about the displays?
They're on loan. Pick Option A and they're yours. Pick Option B and they come back with the unsold stock; displays not back within 14 days of day 45 are $15 each.
What if I miss day 45?
We'll remind you. If we don't hear back by day 52, we bill the full $109.60 wholesale, due in 15 days, and the product is yours.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You set your prices and handle sales tax on your sales. MSRP is 2x wholesale.
Who can sign up?
Licensed retailers who will sell these products legally (age limits included) and send a resale certificate before we ship. One trial per location.
What if something arrives broken?
Defects? We replace or credit them.
Can either of us end it early?
Yes, by email. New Jersey law applies, e-signatures count, and the one-page agreement is the whole deal.
